Living God,
we are some of those people
who have not seen Jesus,
but yet we have believed.
There are times when we have felt that you were very close to us
and times when we know
you have held us through difficult patches in our lives.
But we recognize that there are also times
when we feel very much like Thomas
and we need some kind of proof that you are here.
