SHIPPING

All goods 'downloaded' from the site are instant delivery. All orders receievd before 4pm (Mon-Fri) twelvebaskets will try to despatch within 3 working days. However this may not always be possible due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock, therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  Schools ordering from our 'a teacher's dozen' website will be sent an invoice with their order.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage & Packing charges are only applicable if placing an order that is not obtainable directly (downloaded) from the Website. 

Our postage charges work on a sliding scale based on Royal Mail prices and these will be updated in line with any amendments made by Royal Mail.

Our current P&P charges are as follows:

1-2 Products  £3        3-5 Products  £4        6+ Products  FREE*

* This does not include 'downloaded' items
