Single Church Subscription - Set up

Once you have purchased a Single Church Subscription to www.twelvebaskets.co.uk your subscription to the Written, Images and Hymns sections will be automatic.

In order to add the other four users you will need to:

  1. Log onto twelvebaskets.co.uk using your email address and password
  2. Click on "Account" (top right)
  3. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click on the "5 users" orange box
  4. Enter the email addresses of the other users (if you do not have details of all four, others can be added at a later date)
  5. Click "update details"
  6. Click on the "5 users" orange box again
  7. If any of the email address has "!Unassigned" next to the box then the user does not already have an account with us and they are not on our mailing list.
  8. Users with Unassigned email addresses will become active as soon as they have registered their details on www.twelvebaskets.co.uk (click register at top right of screen). The email address must match the address you have entered in the 5 users area.
  9. Users without the 'unassigned' message will already have an account or will be on our mailing list, if it is the latter they will not be able to log in until they have also registered (see 8a).
  10. When the user has an account the website will automatically link them to your Church Subscription and they will be able to access the thousands of products on the Images, Written and Hymns sections of the site straight away.
