Payment Of Products From The Twelvebaskets Store

www.twelvebaskets.co.uk is an e-commerce site and all physical and downloadable products purchased through the www.twelvebaskets.co.uk store need to be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Items in the Images, Written and Hymns sections are only available to individuals, Churches and Schools who have purchased an annual subscription(link to subscriptions page).

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and American Express over the phone.

Please make sure that the billing address on your account matches your debit or credit card billing address as differences may cause a delay in access to the downloads purchased.

All card payments are processed through the HSBC Internet secured payments system which is both safe and secure, we protect your security with 128-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order. Your payment details are captured by HSBC and no card information is retained or captured by Twelvebaskets Ltd.

Twelvebaskets Ltd is Merchant compliant for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Payment by Cheque (in advance only)

Alternatively if your Church wish to pay by cheque please put your order in writing, attach a cheque payable to Twelvebaskets Ltd and send it Twelvebaskets Ltd, Hope Centre, Hope Street East, Castleford, West Yorkshire WF10 1DZ.

Schools

Schools, Diocese and Local Authorities can be invoiced for goods purchased ONLY by going to www.teachersdozen.co.uk (a teacher's dozen is part of Twelvebaskets Ltd).

Ordering

To purchase you need to

• have registered with the website and be logged into your account
• click on the subscribe section of your account
• choose which level of subscription you require
• pay with your debit or credit card once you have finished shopping

Access to Purchased Downloadable products

Downloadable resources ordered will be available to download from your website account as soon as HSBC has processed payment.

Annual Subscriptions

To Subscribe online you need to

• have registered with the website and be logged into your account on www.twelvebaskets.co.uk
• click on the subscribe section of your account
• choose which level of subscription you require
• pay with your debit or credit card once you have finished shopping

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unfortunate event of an item (purchased) being damaged or faulty please return the product immediately in appropriate packaging to keep the product safe from further damage. If we find that the fault or damage has been caused during production or original delivery the product will be replaced free of charge.

Returns

Twelvebaskets Ltd will refund or exchange an item if it is returned to us within 14 days along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. The returned item should be in good condition.

If a refund is required the customer may still be charged the original postage amount. Exchanges may incur extra postage charges to allow for two parcels to be sent.

If the return is due to a Twelvebaskets error, the customer will be offered a full refund or the correct product will be sent the customer by first class post at no extra charge.

Customers should keep a proof of postage for all items returned to Twelvebaskets so that claims can be made to Royal Mail should the parcel be lost in transit.

Lost In Transit

From Twelvebaskets to customer - If a parcel sent by Twelvebaskets goes missing, once we are notified Twelvebaskets will arrange for a duplicate package to be sent to the customer by first class mail.

From customer to Twelvebaskets - If a parcel being returned by the customer goes missing it is the customer's responsibility to claim the cost of the goods and postage from Royal Mail.

Items For Commercial Use

The contributors who have provided the items covered by an annual subscription to www.twelvebaskets.co.uk (Written, Images and Hymns sections) have given permission for non-commercial use by individuals, churches and schools.

If you wish to purchase one of these items for Commercial Use please contact contributions@twelvebaskets.co.uk. Twelvebaskets will liaise with the contributor regarding permission and terms.
